| For players who have lost their items in the auction house during last weeks maintenance, Cable Online is going to send back their lost items.
Players just need to follow the next few instructions: first visit support.cabalonline.com and submit a ticket(http://support.cabalonline.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit). Then choose the Item Shop Department and type in their correct GAME IDs, Character names, Servers and Reclaim Lost Item in the subject field type. Make sure the detailed information covering the time, item and cause of the item disappearance is included.
The reclamation process will take one week. Whoever lies about the item lost will receive a permanent ban. |
